Questions

Do you buy the items for me?

No. JPAccess is a monitoring tool. You buy yourself, through the proxy service of your choice. We never purchase, import, or handle goods.

What does JPAccess cover?

Japan's second-hand market, including places most European buyers never think to watch. Members see exactly what is covered once they are inside — we do not publish it here, for the same reason we cap the number of seats.

Why is access limited?

Because the value is being early. Every additional member is another person seeing the same listing at the same moment, and past a certain point the advantage stops being an advantage.

How does payment work?

By invoice for now. Choose a plan, we review the request, and your access activates on payment.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time. Plans are monthly with no commitment. Your seat returns to the pool when you leave.
